Qlik Sense is the BI platform INFOS implements for customers who need to explore data without pre-defined boundaries. Qlik's associative engine is especially powerful in contexts where the relationships between dimensions change frequently — analysing margin by channel × store × campaign × customer in omnichannel retail, or stock rotation by colour × size × collection in apparel.
INFOS combines Qlik with pre-built MyBusiness-ITV models for specific verticals, or implements Qlik standalone for customers with broader analytical needs. The result is the same platform serving management, finance, sales and operations, without each department building its own parallel Excel.

Traditional BI (OLAP, cubes) requires you to define in advance which dimensions cross with which measures. Qlik's associative model lets you navigate freely: start by selecting a store, then a category, then a campaign, and the engine recalculates in real time all the metrics, showing what is relevant and what has been excluded. It is the difference between BI 'that shows reports' and BI 'that answers questions'.
