With pplPortal we are more focused, organized and the processes are more efficient. In performance evaluations, we used to waste a lot of time preparing forms and were prone to errors. With the pplPortal platform, we have completely overcome this need. We can now manage interviews on the platform, make observations and check the attached documents - all centrally. Regarding the INFOS team, I can say that they are very available, hard-working and interested. They respond quickly to problems, with a great focus on the customer. pplPortal and the modules we have implemented meet our needs and problems. INFOS's openness to improving the functionalities shows that the experience will continue to improve.

Looking today at what the company was like two years ago when we started this project, we have to recognize that it is a huge evolution and a very, very important response from both INFOS and Crialme, it is an evolutionary project.

Social and cultural sustainability is increasingly a concern for Sociedade Comercial C. Santos and, in this sense, internal communication with employees is becoming increasingly important. Considering that Sociedade Comercial C. Santos and Rent a Star have 350 employees, with very different roles and different working hours, pplPortal is a vital tool for internal communication. Through the portal, employees have all the information centralized about their entire time at the company. This information is essential and is available quickly and in real time, without opening hours and without the need for third-party intervention. From an employer branding perspective, pplPortal ends up being another ally in achieving our goals. This is because the tool reduces bureaucracy, provides analyses and allows us to develop internal actions that increase our employees' motivation, involvement and commitment to the company. In this way, we can say that we are always here, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, hand in hand with our audience, the employees!
