INFOS is pleased to announce that its MaxiRetail and Multi solutions have been officially recognised by the AMA – Agency for Administrative Modernisation, and now integrate with the SAFE (Electronic Invoice Signing Service) platform.
This integration represents an important milestone in digitalisation and document security, enabling companies to issue invoices in PDF format with a qualified digital signature, in accordance with the highest legal and technological standards.
What is the SAFE platform
The SAFE platform, developed and managed by AMA, ensures the authenticity, integrity and legal validity of electronic documents issued by public and private entities.
Through this integration, INFOS solutions now benefit directly from this qualified electronic signature service, recognised by Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), which sets out the rules for electronic identification and trust services in the European Union.
