It was developed a\u00a0Scientific paper<\/a>\u00a0within the scope of the INFOS CONNECT@FASHION R&D project. The paper was written by CCG1 researchers, Rui Ribeiro and Andre Pillastri, and proposes an Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) that combines forecasting and optimisation for production planning. This paper is based on the developments made by CCG for INFOS with the objective of assisting decision-makers in the planning and selection of subcontractors for the outsourcing of ITV production process operations.<\/p>\n

The system uses an Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) approach to firstly focus on four predictive tasks that are crucial for estimating production planning indicators, and then, using historical data and these same indicators, to study and suggest the best subcontractor allocation plan, utilising an (NSGA-II) algorithm of Evolutionary Multiobjective Optimisation (EMO), in order to minimise production time, risk, and cost.\u00a0Click to access the paper\u00a0<\/b>here<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Foi desenvolvido um\u00a0paper cient\u00edfico\u00a0no \u00e2mbito do projeto de I&D \u00a0CONNECT@FASHION da INFOS. A escrita do paper foi liderada pelos investigadores do CCG1, Rui Ribeiro e Andre Pillastri, onde \u00e9 proposto um Sistema Inteligente de Apoio \u00e0 Decis\u00e3o (IDSS) que combina previs\u00e3o e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o para o planeamento de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Este paper \u00e9 baseado no conjunto de desenvolvimentos realizados, pelo CCG, para a INFOS com o objetivo de auxiliar os decisores no planeamento e sele\u00e7\u00e3o de subcontratados na externaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00f5es do processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da ITV.
